This Scandi Apartment website is managed by Simple Travel and Tours, a company that was established last October 2011 specializing local Packages in the Philippines. We assist in Philippines' top local destinations such as Bohol, Boracay, Cebu, Palawan & Davao. We primarily cater to backpack travelers, thus the name "Simple Travel". The Company closed for operation last 2018 due to Boracay Closure and then from 2020 because of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Last 15th of February 2022, the agency was official issued a Certificate of Incorporation by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with a corporate name of "SIMPLE TRAVEL AND LEISURE OPC" doing business under the name/s and style/s of Simple Travel and Tours, BOSS Bike Rental and Tours, and Boracay Bike Rental and Tours. Then, on July 26, 2022, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) RDO 071 issued a Certificate of Registration to the One-Person Corporation. Local Business Permits are still on process.

Guests must agree to our house rules before they book.
Suitable for children (2-12 years). This property is child-friendly accommodation, however, parents and guardians should not leave their children unattended. Any injuries or accidents due to negligence, the Company and its Officers shall be in any way liable to any damages.
Pets allowed. Scandi is pet-friendly facility, but any damages to any furniture, linens, appliances or others properties by the apartment shall be charged to the owner. The management may also charge a reasonable amount for cleaning fee for the furs of the pets and the like.
Smoking is strictly not allowed. A penalty of 1,500.00 shall be charged for the first offense shall be charged to the guest. For the second offense, 2,500.00 shall be billed, while for the third and succeeding offenses, the management has prerogative to terminate and kick-out the tenants.
Parties are allowed inside the unit provided it will not disturbed other tenants / guests and have prior coordination with the office. Parties shall be until 10PM and shall not start earlier than 8:00 in the morning. Loud noises is strictly discouraged.
